Initiate Your Return
Log in to your MLO account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
